A Senior Building Surveyor * Quantity Surveyor required to work for an Architectural & Building Surveyors based in Chelmsford, Essex. Basic Salary Ј30,000 - Ј35,000 plus benefits. This position offers excellent career opportunities and the potential of a Directorship.
We are seeking a charismatic, energetic and ambitious Senior Building Surveyor * Quantity Surveyor with a ‘can-do’ approach, to work within an established, successful and progressive Architectural and Building Surveying practice supplying services in the private and public sectors across South East Essex. The successful candidate will: Preferably be educated to degree and*or professional qualification standard in construction related subject, Be qualified to HNC*HND in construction related subject, Preferably have at least 5+ years experience in a private practice. Have proven specialist knowledge in contract law, health and safety, building and construction related legislation, budget preparation and management. Will have proven experience in carrying out structural and condition surveys, surveying, technical drawing, estimating for contract and maintenance works, preparation of programme of works including regular cyclical and preventative maintenance works. Will also have been involved with computer aided drawing systems (CAD), computerised project planning systems, supervision of contracts. Don’t delay in applying for the fantastic opportunity!
